In this residential project located in Miami, the original tiled entryway was completely remodeled to enhance both safety and aesthetics. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing tile surface and the elevation of the entry platform to match the level of the adjacent flooring. Once the structure was framed and leveled, a waterproof underlayment was applied to prepare the surface for the new finish. High-quality vinyl plank flooring was then installed with precise cuts, ensuring a seamless and durable result across the raised platform and steps. The completed space now provides a smooth transition from the entrance into the home, with a modern look and improved functionality.
