1. Services Offered

Fellas Handyman LLC provides the following home maintenance and repair services in Miami Beach and surrounding areas:

• Carpentry & Woodwork

• Interior & Exterior Painting

• Drywall Installation & Repair

• Vinyl & Tile Flooring

• Furniture Assembly

• TV Wall Mounting

• Concrete & Cement Work

• Deck, Fence & Pergola Construction

• Basic Plumbing Tasks

2. Quotes and Payments

We offer free estimates for all projects. Once a quote is accepted:

• 50% of the payment is due before the job begins

• Remaining 50% is due upon completion

• We accept Zelle, check, or cash

3. Work Guarantee

All our work is covered by a 1-month guarantee. If any issue arises related to our work within that period, we will resolve it at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a project as long as they notify us in advance.
If the client is not present at the location, we may still proceed with the work as agreed.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for damages outside the scope of our service or caused by underlying conditions not disclosed at the time of assessment.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather or client inaccessibility.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
